Thank you for shopping with SUNZEN Technology Co., Limited. We ship worldwide from our facilities in Shenzhen, China, and Hong Kong. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, and related costs.

1. Order Processing Time

• In-stock items: Processed within 1-2 business days
• Pre-order items: Processed when stock arrives (date indicated on product page)
• Custom/bulk orders: Processing time varies (contact us for details)

Orders are not processed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or Chinese public holidays. Processing time does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options depending on your location:

International Shipping

• Standard Shipping (15-30 business days): $5.99 flat rate.
• Express Shipping (7-12 business days): $14.99 flat rate.
• Premium/DHL Express (3-7 business days): $29.99 flat rate.

Regional Estimates

• United States & Canada: 7-15 business days (Express), 3-7 days (Premium)
• Europe (EU/UK): 7-15 business days (Express), 3-7 days (Premium)
• Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 business days (Express), 5-10 days (Premium)
• Southeast Asia: 5-10 business days (Express), 2-5 days (Premium)
• Middle East: 10-20 business days (Express), 5-10 days (Premium)
• South America: 15-30 business days (Express), 7-14 days (Premium)

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination country
• Package weight and dimensions
• Selected shipping method

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following regions due to logistics or regulatory constraints:

• PO Box addresses (for Express and Premium shipping)
• Certain remote locations where carriers cannot deliver

If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time:

• Please allow 5 additional business days before contacting us
• Contact us with your order number at contact@sunzentech.com
• We will work with the carrier to locate your package
• If a package is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund your order

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

• Take photos of the damaged package and product immediately
• Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
• We will arrange a replacement or refund

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately at contact@sunzentech.com before the order ships.
